My Little Boy is Two Years Old Today!!

I am not sure how you got to be 2 years old already, but the time is here! You are learning new things everyday. Your vocabulary has quadrupuled in the last couple of months, you love motorcycles and point them out everywhere we go. You also love trying on any shoes you can get your hands on(including my highheels), getting dirty everywhere, playing with your friends, getting hurt every two seconds, cuddling with daddy on the couch and just being a boy. The last couple of years with you have been nothing short of amazing and I love you soo much!

Mother's Day!

I had a very nice but busy Mother's Day. Ben and Jack greeted me in the morning with breakfast in bed (cinnamon rolls and milk) and waiting for me was a very pretty bouquet of flowers and a very nice card from my boys. Later that morning, I had to teach at church in the nursery, go to church and brunch at The Tavern on France with my Mom and Brother. The food was so yummy and a nice way to wrap up the weekend.

Waterpark of America-Jack's 2nd Birthday Celebration

Last night we celebrated Jack's 2nd Birthday! He won't be 2 until Tuesday, May 11th but we decided to celebrate over the weekend and make it a hotel night. Jack absolutely loved the waterpark! My mom and brother joined in for the fun and we all had a great time there. I especially enjoyed the part when my mom got completely drenched on the lazy river! : )

Recent Happenings...

Last weekend we had lots going on;

1. Nate & Kelsey's Wedding - Congrats to you both!
2. Ben's Mom - Karen's 65th Surprise Birthday Celebration
3. Ryder's 3rd Birthday Party (daycare kid)
4. My Baby Shower for our 2nd child! Thanks everyone for coming, we got lots of great stuff!

It was a very busy weekend to say the least, but we got some great pictures and had lots of fun!

Can't Sleep!

Well last night was a hard night. I tossed and turned all night. At 6pm yesterday, we went to caribou and I got a caramel cooler and I forgot to get decaf. I didn't realize the effect the caffeine would have on me, otherwise, I would've remembered to get decaf! If I didn't have heartburn, I was hungry or thirsty, if I wasn't hot, I was cold, If the baby wasn't moving actively, I was getting up to go to the bathroom! I was everything BUT tired, wait, I WAS TIRED, but I couldn't fall asleep for the life of me! I also had too much stuff on my mind, while I was lying awake uncomfortable. Honestly, most of the things were completely not worth my hours of being awake in the middle of the night. They just kept circling in my mind. I suppose this was God's way of getting me EXTRA prepared for those constant middle of the night feedings when the new baby comes. That has to be it...I hope I can sleep tonight! Ugh!
